DBT gave me practical tools when I needed them most — and I want to share those with others in a way that feels real, supportive, and accessible.
This isn’t therapy. This is peer-informed support that meets you where you are — with skills, not judgement.
Who Elara Is
Elara is a peer-style AI, trained in DBT and emotion support. She’s here to gently guide you through grounding, distress tolerance, and emotional resets—whenever you need them. She’s steady, approachable, and available if you want to talk or learn a skill.

Behind the Brand: Hi, I’m Elara’s Creator
I’m a mental health recovery worker with my own lived experiences — including overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, and navigating ADHD and anxiety. I’ve felt dismissed or ‘too much’.
That’s why I started DBT Support Hub — a non-judgemental space where compassion and skills come together, no diagnosis or perfect day required.
This project is a blend of professional work and real life learning, so you can find useful tools, without feeling alone in the process.
